Covid 19 update

1. If you travel home for fear of a country being declared Level 3, you pay the travel costs yourself.

2. If a country is declared "Level 3" you have ten days to travel. Thereafter, the insurance coverage lapses.

3. The insurance conditions do not take into account a situation where there is no access to air transport.

If a country is declared Level 3, as stated, try to leave the country within ten days. Travel arrangements must be approved by Tokio Marine by contacting the emergency number on the insurance card.

If you fail to leave the country in collaboration with the insurance company, you will continue to be covered by regular coverage (broken arm, appendicitis, dental injury, etc.) until you are able to return home, but there is no cover for Corona infection or treatment if one gets infected.
