Morgan Price was formed in 1999 to act as a product provider in the international healthcare insurance market.
Morgan Price International Healthcare is what is known as a managing general agent (MGA) or managing general underwriter (MGU) which means they are not an insurer, but act on behalf of insurers in terms of:
- product design,
- premium collection and where appropriate
- claims handling, with an amount of delegated authority from that insurer.
The products Morgan Price sell are their products and the clients who buy them are our clients. Morgan Price choose the most appropriate insurer (and other partners such as claims handlers) to provide the best service to their clients, and where they do not then Morgan Price are able to change them.
Morgan Price International Healthcare Ltd is regulated in the UK by the FCA. It is also a member of the Association of Medical Insurance Providers.
Chronic Condition Options
Clients can choose to either have $50,000 for ‘Routine Management & Palliative Treatment for Each Newly Diagnosed Chronic Medical Condition’ or increase to full refund through our enhanced routine chronic module.
Evolution Health is a expatriate health insurance product aimed at making it easier and more cost effective for clients to purchase the cover they need.
Evolution Health covers members worldwide with the exception of Asia (please refer to Evolution Health Asia Pacific for treatment requirements in Asia).
This expatriate health insurance plan has been designed to be as flexible as possible whilst remaining as straightforward as possible.
There are core elements to all the 5 levels of cover including:
- In-patient and day-patient treatment
- Cancer cover
- Emergency Evacuation benefit
- Use of any hospital within your area of cover (transport costs not included)
The levels of cover then increase in value and cover elements including out-patient treatment, routine dental and routine maternity.
Evolution's excess/deductible is an annual amount per person per policy year.
For acute conditions (Common Cold, flu, fever, etc) Morgan Price will still require an invoice signed and stamped by the provider, but do not require a completed claim form.
If the condition is unclear and the invoices exceed USD $2,000, with multiple tests done, then Morgan Price would want a claim form signed by the treating doctor.
